Peer Review Process

All manuscripts can be submitted through the online journal system or sent directly via email to the editorial team. Each manuscript received will be examined by the editor. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's criteria will be rejected without review. Manuscripts that meet the journal's criteria will be initially checked for similarity. If the Similarity Index meets the specified standards, the manuscript will proceed to peer review, with the author and reviewer identities kept confidential (double-blind review). Each article will be reviewed by two (2) different reviewers. If revisions are required, the manuscript will be returned to the author. The editor will make decisions based on the recommendations of the reviewers. The editor has full authority to make decisions after receiving reviews and recommendations from the reviewers, as follows:

  1. The manuscript can be accepted without changes.
  2. The manuscript can be accepted with minor revisions (editor will review).
  3. The manuscript can be accepted with major revisions, incorporating changes recommended by the reviewer/evaluator.
  4. The manuscript is rejected.
